Terms and Conditions
  • Special rates have been arranged with the various hotels.
  • Reservation should be made directly with Console Communications Sdn Bhd by submitting online on or before 1st October 2010 with one night’s deposit.
  • Deposit paid is NOT refundable and transferable.
  • The Hotel’s official check- in time is 1400 hours, room required before 1400 hours on the day of arrival must be pre-blocked. An additional one (1) night room charge will be levied. Check out time is 1200 hours on the day of departure.
  • Any reservation request received after this date will be subject to availability.
  • The above credit card number will serve to guarantee the room reservation and authorise the selected hotel to charge the necessary payment.
  • Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation charge of the full duration of stay as per the original booking for each room cancelled. This cancellation will be charged to the individual’s credit card as provided in this form.
  • Departure date will be re-confirmed during check-in. Short stay will be charged for the full duration of stay as per the original booking.
  • Full duration of stay for each room booked will be levied directly to the individual credit card account for any no-show on arrival date of confirmed bookings. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
  • Hotel assignments are based on availability at time of request. If your choice is not available, the Congress Secretariat will place you in other hotels of the same categories.
